1. Service
TradeFalcon provides a trading journal, economic calendar, market data views, news aggregation and related tools. It is software only — not a broker, investment adviser, or prop firm.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Free tier limits (e.g. one trading account, ads, no CSV import) may change with notice. Paid plans renew until cancelled.
3. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, reverse-engineer beyond normal use, scrape aggressively, share accounts, or use the product for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that harm the platform or other users.
4. Data & market information
Prices, calendar events and news may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. They are for information only. Your journal data belongs to you; we process it to provide the service.
5. Affiliates
Offer pages may include affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up via those links, at no extra cost to you.
6. Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
7. Disclaimer & liability
Trading involves risk of loss. TradeFalcon is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for trading losses, data inaccuracy, or downtime. See our Risk Disclaimer.
